About the Equipment Operator Role

The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating airport ground support equipment and assisting with various ground handling operations. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the immediate supervisor while following all airport operational procedures and safety regulations.

The position requires strict adherence to the rules and regulations governing airport ground services, including standards established by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the relevant UAE aviation authorities.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Although daily duties may vary depending on airport operational requirements, the Equipment Operator is generally expected to:

• Operate approved airport ground support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all airport operational procedures and safety regulations.

• Assist in supporting aircraft ground handling activities.
