Job Overview

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the store management team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. You will supervise sales staff, maintain excellent customer service standards, monitor inventory, and ensure operational procedures are followed.

The position requires someone who can motivate team members, manage store activities efficiently, and represent the Toys R Us brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Count register funds accurately before and after business hours.
• Prepare bank deposits according to company procedures.
• Open, monitor, and close POS registers.
• Ensure the security of the store during opening and closing.
• Process Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately.
• Handle inventory transfers and stock receiving.
• Monitor damaged products and repair processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
• Follow all loss prevention and safety policies.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support and guide sales associates on the shop floor.
