The resort is currently hiring for the following positions in Umm Al Quwain, UAE:
1. Guest Service Agent (Female Candidate)
Location: Palma Beach Resort & Spa, Umm Al Quwain
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel operations
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS
- Excellent guest service skills
- Professional attitude and communication abilities
- Candidates with previous hospitality experience in UAE hotels will have an added advantage.
2. HR Officer
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Support payroll-related activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
- Assist with employee relations and HR administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
