- Coordinate: Orders & shipments with suppliers across Europe, China, Japan, USA
- Import Cycle: Order confirmation → production tracking → customs clearance → final delivery
- Liaise: With freight forwarders, shipping lines & customs brokers
- Documentation: Commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, BL, UAE customs paperwork
- Track & Update: Shipments, ETAs, delays & communicate proactively
- Optimize: Shipping modes: sea, air, LCL/FCL based on urgency & cost
- Records: Maintain landed costs, duties & shipping expenses
- Resolve: Discrepancies, damages & claims with suppliers/forwarders
