Job Details
Position: Billing Executive / Cashier
Job Location: UAE Showrooms
This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth billing operations, accurate cash management, and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling various billing and cashier-related duties within the jewellery showroom. Daily responsibilities include:
- Processing jewellery billing for Gold, Diamond, and 18K jewellery products.
- Managing cash collections accurately during daily business operations.
- Performing cash reconciliation at the end of each working day.
- Handling debit card, credit card, and digital payment transactions efficiently.
- Managing customer scheme entries and maintaining accurate collection records.
- Entering sales transactions into the billing system without errors.
- Maintaining proper documentation related to customer purchases.
- Verifying customer details and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Performing daily cash counting and bill verification.
- Supporting showroom staff in maintaining smooth billing operations during busy business hours.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good knowledge of computers and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of documentation and data entry procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Preferably male candidates.
