Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement & purchasing activities

• Request quotations, compare prices & negotiate with suppliers
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), LPOs & procurement documents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• 2–5 years procurement experience in UAE
• Experience in Security / Facilities Management industry preferred
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
