Job Purpose

The Guest Service Attendant plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for every member and visitor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the club.

The role focuses on ensuring guests receive assistance whenever needed, maintaining high hospitality standards, and contributing to a seamless guest experience across all club facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest’s visit.
• Assist guests with questions regarding club facilities, services, and directions.
• Manage guest check-ins, bookings, and reservations accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable guest service areas.
• Coordinate with golf operations, food and beverage teams, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide assistance during tournaments, club events, and special occasions.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Stay informed about club services, promotions, memberships, and upcoming events.
• Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, or transportation arrangements whenever required.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the management team.
