Desert Group Careers 2026 – Job Vacancies
The current Desert Group recruitment drive includes three technical positions. Candidates should have the required experience for the particular position before attending the walk in interview.
1. Swimming Pool Technician
The Swimming Pool Technician position is suitable for candidates with practical experience in swimming pool maintenance and water feature servicing. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining pools in proper condition and ensuring appropriate water quality.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining the correct chemical balance and water chemistry of swimming pools and water features.
- Using a water test kit to check chemical levels regularly.
- Ensuring the correct water pH is maintained.
- Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools and water features.
- Using suitable pool maintenance chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Operating equipment such as telescopic poles, nets, vacuum cleaners, and other pool maintenance tools.
- Following proper safety and maintenance procedures while performing daily duties.
Experience required: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Plumber

4. Heavy Bus Driver
The Heavy Bus Driver position is suitable for candidates who have professional experience operating heavy buses. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a valid UAE driving license No. 6.
5. Heavy Truck Driver
Desert Group is also looking for experienced Heavy Truck Drivers. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess a valid UAE driving license No. 4. Candidates should be familiar with the safe operation and daily handling of heavy trucks.
6. Recovery Driver
Experienced Recovery Drivers can also apply for this recruitment opportunity. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid UAE driving license No. 4. Previous experience in vehicle recovery and related duties can be beneficial for this role.
7. Heavy Driver – HIAB Operator License
A Heavy Driver position is available for candidates who also hold a HIAB Operator License. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience along with a valid UAE driving license No. 4. Candidates with practical experience operating HIAB equipment should ensure that their qualifications are clearly mentioned on their CV.
8. Heavy Duty Operator
Desert Group is recruiting Heavy Duty Operators with relevant experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid UAE driving license No. 7 & 8. Applicants should have practical knowledge of operating heavy-duty vehicles or equipment safely and efficiently.
9. Light Duty Driver
The company also has an opening for Light Duty Drivers. Candidates applying for this position should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a valid UAE driving license No. 3.
