  • Following up on different types of orders and immediately escalating supply chain problems.
  • Following escalation contacts until the required order reaches the warehouse.
  • Providing rolling forecasts to local dealers where applicable, particularly for tyres and consumables.
  • Keeping internal customers updated about order progress and providing accurate estimated arrival times.
  • Prioritizing shipments according to business requirements.
  • Informing the warehouse team about upcoming shipments so inbound activities can be planned efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for quick and easy retrieval.

Education and Experience Requirements
