1. NICU Registered Nurse
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid professional license.
- Previous experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is preferred.
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing care.
2. Specialist Critical Care (ICU / CCU)
Educational Requirements
- A Higher Professional Degree or Specialty Certificate recognized by the UAE Ministry of Health in the relevant field of specialization.
- Internationally recognized qualifications such as: American Board Certification, Canadian Board Certification, UK Membership or Fellowship, Arab Board Certification or equivalent qualifications
Licensing Requirements
- Active DHA, MOH, or DOH Specialist ICU/CCU License.
- DHA, MOH, or DOH Eligibility Letter.
- Candidates currently undergoing the licensing process with a positive Dataflow verification report are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of five years of post-specialization experience.
- Proven experience managing critically ill adult patients in ICU settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Providing advanced life support and comprehensive critical care management.
- Managing complex medical, surgical, and sepsis-related cases.
- Performing specialized critical care procedures, including:
- Endotracheal intubation
- Central venous catheter insertion
- Arterial line placement
- Bronchoscopy
- Ventilator management
- Leading multidisciplinary ICU rounds and coordinating patient care plans.
- Collaborating with emergency medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, pulmonology, cardiology, and other specialty departments.
- Supervising junior physicians, residents, and ICU staff when required.
- Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Participating in rapid response teams and code blue emergency management.
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation in accordance with UAE Ministry of Health regulations.
- Supporting research activities, quality improvement projects, audits, and continuing medical education programs.
Additional Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by UAE authorities.
- Board Certification or Fellowship in:
- Critical Care Medicine
- Intensive Care Medicine
- Anesthesia Critical Care
- Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Valid MOH UAE Consultant License or Eligibility Letter.
