Job Requirements

Age: Below 35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales
Languages: English, Hindi, and Tagalog preferred (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
Flexibility: Willing to work in any location across the UAE

Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in Etisalat franchise outlets, you will:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers
Explain and promote Etisalat telecom products and services
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience at all times
