We are currently seeking dynamic, results-oriented Soft Service Manager to join our talent pool for upcoming projects and contracts across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership skills in managing Soft Service Manager roles.
  • The ability to multi-task and coordinate diverse service operations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.

This role will involve overseeing services across Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Timetabling, Service Desk, and Administration — ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

As a Soft Service Manager at Serco, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of all Soft Services functions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve both company and client goals.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance and activity reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align services with evolving client needs.
  • Conduct regular KPI and SLA inspections to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, legal, and safety regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, escalating issues where necessary.

We’re looking for professionals who bring both expertise and leadership to the role:

  • Experience: 10–15 years in similar roles within complex operational environments.
  • Senior Management: 5–7 years in senior consultancy or leadership positions.
  • Education: Degree in an engineering discipline (Project Management certification such as PMP or Prince 2 preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Power BI) with strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
