- The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, general inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient communication experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Helping patients with appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Directing calls to the correct hospital departments.

Education and Qualifications
- High School Certificate (or equivalent)

Experience Requirements
- Must have a related experience as a Supervisor in healthcare sector
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Housekeeping is preferred
