About the Sales Advisor Role

• Monitor supplies and manage the service point’s float money.
• Prepare and reconcile daily cash summaries and submit them to the accounts department.
• Identify recurring customer or operational problems and communicate them to the relevant teams.
• Suggest improvements that can enhance DHL procedures, technology, and customer service.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Contribute to individual and departmental targets and maintain a positive team environment.
