About the Role
The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring products are replenished efficiently. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of inventory and stock management tasks, including:
- Maintain inventory and stock management systems with high accuracy.
- Ensure inventory records are updated according to company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment when necessary.
- Receive incoming products, materials, and equipment from suppliers.
- Verify that delivered items match purchase orders in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Complete all required documentation for received inventory.
- Manage stock movements between warehouses, stores, and other business locations.
- Maintain complete records of all inventory transfers and stock transactions.
- Ensure physical inventory matches transfer documentation.
- Support inventory audits and stock verification activities.
- Help minimize stock shortages, overstock situations, and inventory discrepancies.
- Work closely with purchasing and retail teams to improve inventory efficiency.
Required Qualifications
