Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Coordinator will play an important role in supporting daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE employment practices. The selected candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, managers, and employees across multiple regions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Conduct employee inductions and orientation programs.
- Manage employee documentation and HR administration.
- Process employee transactions through Workday HRIS.
- Maintain accurate employee records and system access.
- Support payroll by preparing employee-related inputs.
- Coordinate leave management, overtime tracking, and timesheet administration.
- Assist with employee medical and life insurance reporting.
- Prepare employment letters and respond to HR-related employee inquiries.
- Coordinate employment contract renewals and approval workflows.
- Support Employer of Record (EOR) employment contracts for multiple countries.
- Assist with employee relocation and repatriation activities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and approvals.
- Manage probation review and employee confirmation processes.
- Support compliance initiatives including Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and Conflict of Interest (COI) monitoring.
- Assist in employee relations investigations and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Support internal HR communications.
- Update and maintain job descriptions.
- Assist with compensation review preparation.
- Draft HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance HR efficiency and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
- Practical experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
