This is a full-time position designed for professionals with proven UAE accounting experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and supporting the company’s financial decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing accounting records and maintaining accurate financial transactions.
• Preparing and processing client invoices while ensuring timely supplier payments.
• Performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining updated financial ledgers.
• Processing employee payroll and supporting Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance.
• Monitoring company cash flow and preparing periodic financial reports for management.
• Assisting with UAE VAT filing procedures and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Supporting project costing, budgeting, and profitability tracking for ongoing projects.
• Maintaining organized financial records and ensuring proper documentation for audits and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Practical experience using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, payroll processing, and WPS procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Previous experience in construction, fit-out, or contracting companies will be considered an added advantage.
